German port of Kiel continues expansion
The expansion of the Port of Kiel’s Ostuferhafen area has entered its fifth phase with the approval by Schleswig-Holstein state premier Torsten Albig of a further €9.9M of support funding. This follows the reactivation of the former Ortopedia industrial site for cargo handling and storage, after 13 years of lying idle.
