Steinweg to buy RST Rotterdam

Dutch stevedoring group Steinweg Handelsveem, which already owns 50% of Rotterdam Shortsea Terminal (RST), is understood to be on the point of buying ECT’s 50% stake, thus becoming the sole owner of the facility. In addition, it will buy the Hanno deepsea terminal from ECT.
