Shareholders of Muscat-headquartered Port Services Corporation SAOG (PSC) have decided to liquidate the company once its concession to operate the port of Mina Qaboos ends at midnight on 31 December 2016. On 1 January 2017, the government-controlled Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran) will assume control of operations at the complex.
