Samskip/Kloosterboer team up

Icelandic shipping-to-logistics company Samskip and the Dutch Kloosterboer Group have reached an agreement whereby Samskip will acquire a number of cold store companies that belong to Kloosterboer, amounting to around 30 per cent of the activities of the Kloosterboer Group. The move will create one of Europe’s leading specialists in reefer logistics for the seafood industry.
