Ancona Container Terminal (ACT), owned jointly by MSC (45%). local firm Fritelli (45%) and by Ubaldo Scarpati (10%), has lodged a formal complaint against alleged monopoly practices by another port operator, Ancona Merci, with the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM).
