Ukraine’s Infrastructure Minister, Volodymyr Omelyan, has suggested to China’s Ambassador to the country, Du Wei, that China could lease its seaport terminals, so as to secure a high-capacity and reliable route for Europe-Asia and trades bypassing Russia.
