Investment of €314 mill has been earmarked for the Arinaga port development on the island of Las Palmas. It could eventually have up to 8 km of berthing line at Aguimes and Santa Lucia. Port authority (APLP) president Luis Hernandez says the whole project will take 25 years to implement in full.
