Doosan books Singapore RTGs
PSA Singapore Terminals (PSA) has awarded Doosan Heavy Industries and Construction a contract for 79 RTGs at a cost of S$160M. This is Doosan’s third large contract for RTGs from PSA Singapore, following previous orders for 42 machines in 2004 and 80 more in 2005. The cranes will be equipped with “energy savings devices to help reduce fuel usage,” but details were not disclosed.
