Russia’s Global Port Investments (GPI), part of N-trans, is reportedly negotiating a “swap deal” with HHLA affiliate Hamburg Port Consulting (HPC) whereby GPI would obtain a stake in HPC Ukraina in Odessa in exchange for HPC obtaining a share in GPI’s Saint Petersburg container handling operations.
