Cornelder to add in Beira

Dutch firm Cornelder has announced plans to construct a new container terminal and a fertiliser terminal at the Port of Beira in Mozambique’s Sofala Province. The two facilities will be developed on a new 600m long quay. Carlos Mesquita, the chief executive of Cornelder de Moçambique (CdM), announced that construction is expected to take 18 months.
