An independent review of Sydney Port Corporation (SPC)’s proposed A$90 mill Enfield Intermodal Terminal (see WorldCargo News April 2002 p1) has found the facility would be “too big” for its suburban location. The review, conducted by former Liberal Transport Minister Milton Morris, asserts the expected 1,600 truck movements per day would overstress surrounding areas.
