PSA back in for fourth JNP box terminal?

Singapore’s PSA International and India’s ABG Group might get another chance to bid for Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT)’s fourth container terminal despite the fact that the consortium failed to sign a concession agreement after initially winning the contract (see WorldCargo News September 2012, p10).
